Our client was a real estate syndication firm; a company/business that raises capital through crowdfunding to acquire properties. Our objective was to develop and execute a LinkedIn advertising campaign to attract investors for an industrial property in Virginia valued at over $10 million. We crafted targeted ads that featured detailed information on the assets under contract and projected Internal Rate of Return (IRR), effectively driving high-quality leads.

My partner and I customized a presentation and introductory call to clearly outline our expectations and showcase our results. During the session, we engaged in a detailed discussion about business objectives, aligning our strategies with their goals to ensure a mutual understanding of how we could drive success together. We launched the ad on linkedin and had the potential interested investor fill out a form and schedule a meeting with the firm. We were able to track analytics and had the ad posted for approximately one month. Throughout this time period we were able to funnel in 3 serious leads and raise $150,000 amount for the property.
